The carnivorous icon of our history is the giant T-Rex. This icon goes way beyond 40 feet and weighs 9 tons. This giant can crush your bones if you are beneath it. It is the largest mammal animal in history. The T-Rex was the only one which Was standing in its family. Now scientists have discovered a completely new and very small T-Rex which can change the evolutionary story of dinosaurs altogether.
This new addition of the T-Rex family is known as the dragon Prince from Mongolia. It was the first time ever in the history of dinosaurs and its bones that this skeleton was identified from its skull bones, part of the hips bones limbs as well as the water to pray. When you place all of the pieces together you will get a rather smaller and cylinder T-Rex. This animal was 13 feet long and it used to roam around the cretaceous mongolia. All of this was happening over 86 million years ago.
The T-Rex and its family used to have eye sockets which were around in the shape their teeth were as sharp as a blade and their long and shallow jaws were suitable for biting their prey faster than harder. This dinosaur prince is more than just another addition into the roster of the dinosaurs. With the discovery of this new dinosaur, we are getting the original story about T-Rex and its whole family. This is what Darla Zelentisky and a Calgary paleontologist think.
Back in the 1970s there was a paleontologist who found some skeletons from the Easter part of the country. These skeletons belonged to the T-Rex’s. The bonds that he found were indicating that this animal is a small T-Rex that’s why they named it Alectrosaurus. But after sometime back in 2023 when another author examined the bonds, he came to know that these bonds were not belonging to a T-Rex in any kind.
Instead, these bones belonged to a dinosaur that came into light in a completely new form. These are discovered after a complete half century. This specific organ has a chamber on the side of its nasal bone; apparently no other T-Rex has this kind of chamber.
Before this the paleontologist Jared Morris found a completely new Tyrannosaurus which was hiding just in front of us. In the year 2020 they found some 80 million year old skeletons of Tyrannosaurus. This kind of discovery is going to change everything that we know about the dinosaurs. The other piece that the geologists found belonged to the thanatotheristes. Which is another species of dinosaurs that scientists found in the land of Alberta.
